Arborist Sales Representative 
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00-$100,000.00 per year

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and personable Sales Representative to join our team. This individual will meet with residential and commercial clients, prepare and present proposals, manage bids on municipal tenders, and support our brand through light marketing and promotional work. The ideal candidate combines strong communication skills with the character traits of empathy, integrity, resilience, curiosity, and likeability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet with residential and commercial clients to assess their tree care needs.
  • Assessing the health of trees and estimate the cost based on operational needs of the desired work of the client.
  • Identify Tree species and risks
  • Develop, price, and present clear proposals that reflect Everest Tree Care’s high standards.
  • Bid on municipal tendering documents with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through trust, responsiveness, and follow-up.
  • Assist with online marketing initiatives and promotional activities to grow brand visibility.
  • Seeking and creating potential leads by identifying potential tree work throughout your travels
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Represent Everest Tree Care with professionalism and positivity at all times.
  • Other duties as assigned
Compensation:
  • This job is a commission based salary paying 5% of gross profits for the training period and 10% of gross profits after the training period ends.
Qualifications:
  • Required "G" class driving license with a clean drivers abstract and reliable transportation
Assets:
  • University degree in Forestry is or 10+ years in Arboriculture
  • ISA Certified Arborist
  • Tree Risk Assessment Qualification (TRAQ)
  • Humber or Flemming College Certification in Urban Arboriculture or Forestry
  • Previous arboriculture sales experience
  • Speaks Mandarin or Cantonese
Preferred:
  • Driven and self-directed when completing tasks
  • Good understanding of trees and shrubs – their biology, habits, and identification
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Good visual understanding of physics
